Questions, answered.

Do I need to open the website every time?

No. Connect Google Calendar or Todoist, or message Jules on Telegram, and the calls follow.

Who calls me?

Jules does. It's an automated call from a regular phone number, and it tells you which reminder is due.

How many calls do I get?

Free covers one-off, weekly and monthly calls, with unlimited reminders. Routine adds daily, weekday and custom-day calls plus up to three call-backs.

Will it ring if my phone is on silent?

It's a normal phone call, so silent mode and Do Not Disturb still apply. Make a test call from Settings to see how it arrives on your phone.

More questions

What is Jules and how does it work?

Jules is a reminder app that calls your phone. Create an account, verify your number, and set a reminder in your browser. Jules places a voice call during your reminder window. See how Jules works.

How is Jules different from other reminder apps?

Jules uses phone calls to remind you about tasks and events. A call can be easier to notice when app notifications blend into the background. Your carrier and phone settings still affect delivery. Compare phone call reminders and alarms.

Can Jules help me remember to take medication?

You can use Jules to add a phone call to your medication routine. It is a reminder tool, not medical advice or an emergency service, and it cannot guarantee that you notice a call or take your medication. Explore medication reminder calls.

If you have ADHD and often miss notifications or lose track of time, a phone call may be a useful additional cue. Jules can support everyday routines, but it is not a treatment for ADHD. Explore phone call reminders for ADHD.

Do I need to download an app to use Jules?

Can other people see my reminders?

Your reminders are not publicly listed. Jules and its service providers process reminder data to run the service, and connected clients can access reminders within the permissions you approve. Someone nearby may hear a reminder if you answer on speakerphone.
